Boxes on the BAD squash website

Just to let you know that you can now run club boxes from the BAD squash website. We’ve been trialling it for the combined HP/UWE boxes for a couple of months now and it’s working well enough to make it available to other clubs in the region. If you want to see what they look like then please click on the new ‘Boxes’ link from the Home pull-down menu and follow the ‘Go’ link for the Combined HP/UWE boxes.

You only need to be a club admin to set some boxes up and it’s quite quick and easy to do. Players need to be in the BAD squash system (you’ll need to add club players who don’t play league) and you have a few options over how the boxes work. Scores are entered by the players themselves and are included in the rankings processing so it will give a chance for non-league players to find out what level they are and, maybe, settle some of those issues where the ranking system isn’t matching the team order quite right...

End of month box processing is done with a single click and players can be rearranged or pulled in and out of the boxes quite easily so, hopefully, it will give you the flexibility you need.
