In aid of: Ezzy Wish to Walk
Thornbury Squash Club is holding a 12 hour squashathon at Thornbury Leisure Centre in aid of Ezzy and her wish to walk. The squashathon will run from 8am-8pm with various club members and juniors involved across the whole day.
Brad Jenkins, captain of Thornbury’s first team, will be enduring the full 12 hours playing a variety of club members. Local coaches Tim Miller and Mark Toseland are providing fun filled sessions with their junior groups between 10am-3pm. Following on from this the senior players will be completing the squashathon from 3pm-8pm. Amongst this there will be an exhibition doubles match from 6pm-8pm. This features Brad Jenkins and Ryan Wilson vs. Sam and Callum Davidson.
Throughout the day there will be refreshments, snacks and afternoon tea on offer for a small donation and there will be some special prizes on offer in our raffle draw. Whether you are participating in the squashathon or not, please come and show your support for both your local squash club and Ezzy herself who will be attending the squashathon. Let’s make Ezzy’s wish to walk, reality.
