The forecast is potentially disruptive this week so for general guidance w.r.t. travelling to your matches:
- Safety first. Do not take risks trying to get to your matches.
- The rules (3.9.3) allow a decision to be made to not travel to the away venue if the weather is bad (too risky to travel) and notice given to the home team any time up to 5pm on the day of the match. Please also let me know as the league secretary.
- If you can get 4 players out then please go ahead and play your match. Do let the home team know you are one short.
- If a match does not go ahead due to bad weather then it can be rearranged. The travelling team need to do the rearranging.
- Do try to play or try to rearrange but if that's not possible then the home team will end up with a walkover. We try to avoid that though.
