Avon and BaD Squash rules updated on the website

It's taken a while to get caught up after the rule changes agreed over the last three AGMs but thanks to some help from Guy Barwell, we now have a current set of rules on the system.

Hopefully none of these will come as a surprise because all the rule changes have been discussed and agreed at the AGMs (you did attend, didn't you?) and then summarised in the minutes afterwards and finally posted to the website.

The rules I have been following as league secretary are those we have agreed on (even if they're not quite the same as those previously on the website) so this should all be consistent with the website now.
