New team summary page

Not so much new, more added to. After getting a good idea to add a bit more interesting info to the current team page I realised I could re-use some of the existing team pages and combine them into a sort of team summary.

It's got the fixtures, results, player appearances, tables and even the team level chart. Woohoo.

If you click on any team specific link it should take you there so easy to find.

For all you team captains out there, you can also clink on 'enter' to take you to the match results entry.
