Duplicate players

Mostly as a result of players moving clubs and not being updated on the system, we do always have a few duplicate players.

If you see yourself listed more than once on the system there is a cure! If you can tell me the names (and, even better, the player IDs) then I can merge them back together again. No player history is lost that way.
