    ****BAD SQUASH AGM 2010 - Please read asap***

    *******EXTREMELY IMPORTANT – BAD SQUASH AGM 2010******

     

     

    To all fellow players, the AGM this year is to be held on Tuesday 18th May, venue to be announced.  Please note there will be significant changes on the committee this year as David Jenkins (Chairman and Treasurer) is stepping down after a number of years of dedicated service, as is Rob Watkins (League Secretary).  Both officers are stepping down due to other work commitments.

     

    It is of vital importance that if possible the committee has nominees/volunteers prior to the AGM for these 3 positions; both David and Rob will be happy to discuss their roles with any prospective candidate.  The future of BaD Squash depends on filling these roles !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

     

    The  items to note or where actions are required prior to the AGM are as follows:-

     

    1.      Nominations for Chairperson, Treasurer and League Secretary.

     

    1.  Each club sending a representative to the AGM will receive a box of balls (12) per team, please note Ladies teams must send a separate representative.
     
    1.  Each club sending a representative to the AGM will be entitled to a £5 discount per team in the following winter league.

     

    1. Any proposals for resolutions/rule changes etc need to be notified to the committee by 23rd April 2010.  These will be included in the AGM Agenda which will be published on the website by 26th April 2010.

     

    1. Nominations are invited for the following awards;-

     

    “Most Improved Male/Female Player”

     

    “Player Of The Year”

     

    1. Trophies for the 09/10 Winter and 09 Summer leagues will be presented at the AGM.

     

    1. If you have any concerns about any aspect of BaD Squash  please inform a committee member and we will raise this at the AGM as a general point.
