    Wonky strings

    Anybody out there....? Anyhow, I have a real problem with my strings going wonky - not the main ones, just the cross ones. It doesn't seem to happen with the original strings that come with a racket, but when I get them restrung it happens within a month or so. Any ideas? Do I need higher tension, lower, different strings (have tried sevearl varieites) or what? Or is it just the way I hit the ball (badly). Other people don't seem to have this problem.

    I think it's quite normal - just realign your strings after each game or whatever. Eventually they will groove in and stay put.
